The tint is too orange /warm . Formulation needs to be a cool base

I ordered “light brown” but missed the small grey coloured text that says “auburn”. Sent an email a week ago but haven’t heard back. I don’t feel like selling an orange coloured tint with a heading of light brown is the right thing to do…..especially since I used the product before working out what happened.

Easy to use and actually works. Unlike pencils and other products it is a smooth colouring of both brow & skin. Looks natural and lasts for much longer. Absolutely love it!
Very good product. I need some more practice yet to perfect the application, and trial some more colours to get it right. The dye tends to stay on my skin for a few weeks, so careful application is necessary for neat lines. Found petroleum jelly a does a great job to prevent smears and smudging.

It is super convenient to have it premixed. It is easy to apply however the colour does not last more than a few days for me. I have tried multiple times and left it on for over 30 mins. My blonde brows only change to a very light brown but don't last long.

great eyebrow tiny
I'm over 60, my brows are getting thinner and losing their natural shape. the time to create them each morning with make up is taking longer and longer. I thought I'd give this a shot as I'm not inclined to go to brow bars or beauty salons. I did do the patch test as I'm aware henna products can have bad reactions on some people. I probably should have done a smaller test area as the next fortnight, it looked like I had a massive mole suddenly pop up on my arm. considering it took 2 weeks for my 'mole' to fade and I was using body scrub daily to try to make it fade. I must say I was pretty impressed with the staying power. I'm happy with this product for my brows and since it lasts around 3 weeks saves me a lot of time each morning.
This is my second purchase and I love it!!! The tube splits basically straight away though which is unfortunate but otherwise LOVE!

Lovely packaging, product directions are great. I do feel that the timing for the tint is quick and can be quite intense , I pretty much put it on (easy to apply ) I used a brush and took it off straight away , (I am fair light brown brows naturally .) I had to use some cleanser to try remove some of the colour as it was quite dark even for a light brown, however with a bit of play I was able to get the right shade. Product dose last a long time . I’ll try again see how we go :)

This product transforms the way you can dye your own eyebrows. It takes all the time and what was quite a messy process away and enables you to 'touch up' the colour of your eyebrows conveniently without the fade factor. The colour transformation is almost instant for my completely blonde eyebrows so once you have established how long the colour takes to hold, you are sorted. This is quite transformational.
I was a little disappointed in the colouring of my blond (grey) hairs in my eyebrows but love the colour on my skin.
