The buyer is responsible for any and all import tax charges. 

Incorrect Address
Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. 

Refunds and Money Back Guarantee Policy
We are confident in our products and provide customers a refund (minus $12 admin fee for Australian orders or a $16 admin fee for NZ & USA orders) for products lodged to Australia Post for return within 7 days of product delivery.

Customers will be responsible to pay the return postage costs. The return postage cost is non refundable unless deemed faulty. 

All sale items are excluded from the money back guarantee policy. 

Please contact us on hey@amaialashes.com.au for return details, once we have received the product, we will process your refund within 72 hours.

All returns must be completed via tracked parcel post. 

Exchanges
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs on any exchanges. For example, if you selected the wrong lash, you will be liable to pay the return shipping to us and also the shipping cost of the correct lash to you. 

Faulty Products
