We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, and ship all orders via Australia Post.
Please note that orders are posted with authority to leave. If you would prefer this option not to apply, please let us know before placing your order.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your postal address is entered correctly when placing your order.
You will be liable for any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

💸 Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

As we are in the midst of our closing down sale, there are no refunds or money-back guarantees unless the item is faulty.
All sale items are excluded from our money-back guarantee policy.

Once we’ve received the product, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
All returns must be sent via tracked parcel post.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs on exchanges.
For example, if you selected the wrong lash, you will need to cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and the shipping cost of the replacement.
