We are based in Perth, Western Australia and ship all of our products via tracked parcels through Australia Post.
Parcels are dispatched 1-2 business days after the order has been completed.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $55 or $9.95 if under $55. It is an extra $3 to upgrade to express shipping.
Please note that Australia Post is delayed in Victoria due to COVID-19. Please allow up to an additional 2-3 weeks for the arrival of your goods if you are in Victoria.

All New Zealand orders are sent via tracked postage.
Depending where you are in New Zealand, on average standard post is taking 3-4 weeks and 1-2 weeks for express post.
Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for shipping due to COVID-19.
The buyer is responsible for any import tax charges. We will not be liable for any extra charges once shipped.
Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. If an address has been entered incorrectly by us, we will cover these postage costs.
All pre-order packages are expected to be dispatched in 1-2 weeks. Please note that if your order contains pre-order and non pre-order items, they will be sent together once the pre order items are in stock.
Pre-order items are automatically upgraded to express post. No code needed.
Refunds and exchanges
We are confident in our products* and provide customers a refund (minus $9.95 shipping fee or $11.95 if express posted for Australian orders or $13 shipping fee or $22 express post for NZ orders) within 7 days of product arrival. Customers will be responsible to pay the return postage costs. The return postage cost is non refundable.
*excluding lash cleansing kit which is unable to be returned for a refund/ exchange.
The customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs on any exchanges. For example, if you selected the wrong lash, you will be liable to pay the return on the lash and also the postage cost of the correct lash to you.
