Shipping and Returns

We are based in Perth, Western Australia and ship all orders via tracked parcels through Australia Post.

Parcels are dispatched same business day if before 2pm AWST and next business day if after 2pm AWST.

Standard Shipping  

Covers all of Australia.

Perth:
Metro - 3-4 business days
Rural - 4-6 business days

Interstate:
Metro - 5-10 business days
Rural - Please ask at your local Post Office

 Covers all of Australia.

Perth:
Metro - 1-2 business days
Rural - up to 3 business days

Interstate:
Metro - 3-4 business days
Rural - Please ask at your local Post Office

New Zealand Shipping

All New Zealand orders are sent via tracked postage via Australia Post.

Depending where you are in New Zealand, on average standard post is taking 3-4 weeks and around 1-2 weeks for express post.

The buyer is responsible for any import tax charges. We will not be liable for any extra charges once shipped. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. If an address has been entered incorrectly by us, we will cover these postage costs. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We are confident in our products and provide customers a refund (minus $10 admin fee for Australian orders or a $15 admin fee for NZ orders) within 7 days of product delivery.
Customers will be responsible to pay the return postage costs. The return postage cost is non refundable unless deemed faulty

All sale items are excluded from the money back guarantee policy.

Please contact us on hey@amaialashes.com.au for return details, once we have received the product, we will process your refund within 48 hours.

All returns must be completed via tracked parcel post. 

Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days dependent on payment method. 

Exchanges

The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs on any exchanges. For example, if you selected the wrong lash, you will be liable to pay the return shipping to us and also the postage cost of the correct lash to you.

For any concerns with your order, please notify us within 7 days of product delivery at hey@amaialashes.com.au.
